Essential duties and responsibilities of position:
- Work alongside physician in patient consults.
- Follow-up on inquiries from prospective patients
- Letter writing, surgery scheduling, create quotes / invoices, and collect all fees
- Provide clerical and general support duties include maintaining patient records
- Manage Schedule
- Occasionally assist with in-office minor procedures
The current Office Manager will go through a hands-on training process under the guidance of the doctor utilizing on the job training. The employee will develop many valuable skills including: client relationship management, operational efficiencies, management, and concierge-level hospitality. In addition, the employee will work with a fun and high-energy small team.
Required / desired qualifications:
- Medical office or hospitality experience REQUIRED
- High ethical standards and integrity
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Work independently with sometimes little information while being a great collaborator
- Must be well organized, self-motivated and able to multi-task
- Comfortable with computer applications: MS Word, Outlook, NexTech
- Be articulate, with excellent communication skills
- Be accommodating to patients, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Professional appearance and attire
