OWC is excited to add a PPC Specialist to the team. This role will ensure effective online advertising campaigns and propel OWC's brand visibility. Our PPC Specialist is a problem solver, who plays a critical role in the success and growth of OWC.

OWC is seeking an experienced PPC specialist who possesses in-depth knowledge and expertise in managing search, shopping, display, and video ad campaigns across all major online marketing platforms. As the PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to drive targeted traffic, increase brand visibility to our ideal customers, maximize revenue while still maintaining a minimum goal return on ad spend (ROAS), and drive leads to our sales teams. Your role will involve campaign planning, execution, optimization, and analysis for all of the various product categories OWC sells online, as well as staying up to date with online marketing trends and best practices.

What Will You be Doing?

  • Campaign Strategy and Planning:
    • Collaborate with OWC marketing team to understand business objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each product category.
    • Develop comprehensive PPC strategies and campaign plans across all major ad platforms.
    • Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to identify opportunities and refine campaign targeting.
  • Ad Campaign Management:
    • Create and manage ad campaigns.
    • Write compelling ad copy that aligns with OWC as a brand, and adheres to ad platform guidelines, and drives engagement.
    • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations based on target KPIs.
    • Perform A/B testing across ad variations, targeting options, and landing pages to optimize campaign results.
    • Regularly analyze campaign data, generate reports, and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Bid Management and Budget Allocation:
    • Optimize bids and budgets across ad platforms to achieve desired goals, such as maximizing conversion value while also maintaining target ROAS.
    • Monitor daily spending, pacing, and ad budgets to ensure efficient allocation of ad spend.
    • Conduct bid adjustments based on performance data, seasonality, and market trends.
  • Landing Page Optimization:
    • Conduct conversion rate optimization and set up A/B tests across Macsales and our other websites to improve landing page conversion rates.
    • Collaborate with the web development or design team to optimize landing pages based on A/B test insights.
    • Recommend and implement improvements to landing page content, layout, and user experience.
  • Tracking, Analytics, and Reporting:
    • Set up tracking mechanisms, such as conversion tags, UTM string parameters, and event tags, to measure campaign performance accurately.
    • Use analytics tools and platforms to track key metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
    • Provide weekly and quarterly performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations.
  • Stay Abreast of Industry Trends:
    • Stay up to date with the latest online marketing trends, updates, and best practices across major search engines, online marketplaces, and ad platforms.
    • Continuously enhance knowledge and skills through industry forums, webinars, conferences, and self-study.

What You Bring with You?

  • Proven work experience as an online marketer within a large eCommerce organization.
  • Minimum three years of experience managing search, shopping, display, and video campaigns across Google, Amazon, and Bing.
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in bid management and budget allocation across multiple product categories, each with its own separate ROAS goal.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling ad copy and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Up to date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in PPC advertising.
  • Experience creating and managing B2B lead generation and ad campaigns are a plus.
  • Experience managing ads across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Bing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Looker Studio is a plus.
  • Passionate about computer technology is a plus

Compensation Structure for the Position

The compensation structure for this role includes a competitive annual salary which is as follows: $60,000- $80,000 (USD).
