Responsibilities:
Mark Weiner & Associates is a large in-house counsel defense firm and Employees of the Law Department, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company. To succeed you must be reliable, detail oriented, adaptable, resourceful, team-oriented with a professional demeanor in a fast pace and timeline driven environment. This is a great entry level administrative opportunity.
You will be working in a hybrid environment, with some required presence in the office and some remote. Work arrangements could change over time based on business needs.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Creating legal documents
  • Extracting documents
  • Managing paper mail
  • Open files
  • General administrative duties as requested
Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Legal environment experience is preferred
  • Knowledge and familiarity of the legal process, as well as legal and medical terminology
  • Strong customer service skills both in person and over the phone
  • Accurate and efficient in an electronic environment, including experience in Microsoft Office and Adobe
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Applicants are required to be eligible to lawfully work in the U.S. immediately; employer will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work opportunity.
Potential salary range: $40,451.13 to $59,402.20
Potential yearly incentive pay up to 6% of base salary
