Position Overview:
Reporting to the VP of People + Culture, the HR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the People + Culture team with talent acquisition, onboarding, HR administration and cultural initiatives. This role is a great chance for a candidate to develop their people skills and strategic thinking in a fast-paced and dynamic organization, all while pursuing their passion for travel.

Talent Acquisition
- Support the People + Culture team with the full-cycle recruitment and hiring process through:
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews using Greenhouse, our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Reviewing incoming applications and actioning accordingly
- Conducting initial phone screens
- Liaising with internal hiring managers to ensure our processes are clear and their needs are met
- Responding to job inquiries in shared email inbox
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, keeping open lines of communication throughout their experience (successful or otherwise)
- Accountability for keeping our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) organized and up-to-date
- Posting new jobs to internal and external job boards
Onboarding
- Supporting pre-onboarding preparation and tasks in accordance with the new hire checklist - such as drafting offer letters and new hire paperwork, entering new hires into our PEO system and coordinating tech.
- Partnering with internal hiring managers to create Onboarding Plans for new hires
- Reviewing current workflows, policies, and documents for onboarding to ensure compliance and effectiveness
- Updating People + Culture Kickoff Deck and co-facilitating introductory presentation given to new hires on their first day
- Ensuring all federal, state and local employment laws are being followed and set up for new hires and on an ongoing basis
- Completion of I-9 with new hires
HR Administration
- Maintaining and updating employee information in PEO (currently Justworks)
- Supporting execution and maintenance of existing people programs and strategies, ensuring compliance and alignment with current business needs
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Culture
- Helping organize staff events such as the annual staff retreat, DEI initiatives and virtual engagement activities
- Ensuring Indagare Team page is up-to-date, requesting and collecting team bios in partnerships with Content
- Provide main phone line backup to the Administrative Assistant

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Internship and professional work experience a plus
