About the Role:
You will provide communications program support to a Federal government client.

Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):- Develop, write, and edit communications materials including but not limited to presentation talking points, fact sheets, reports, infographics, scripts, concept boards, and press releases
- Track stakeholder interactions and make recommendations for stakeholder engagement, outreach planning, and overall communications
- Assist the team to prepare for and execute meetings, including developing agendas, overall logistics, note-taking, tracking actions, producing reports, and/or supporting next steps
- Coordinate periodic web updates in conjunction with the team, developing a methodology for timely and efficient updates in sync with the client’s needs
- Create understandable and compelling narratives so that decision makers can readily understand strategies and strategic options
- Conduct work with integrity and display sensitivity to working in a high stakes, high pressure organization and decision making environment
- Drive tasks and deliverables from start to finish with highest quality, on-time and within number of hours assigned
- Possess a keen eye for cutting-edge imagery, layout, typography, and color

Location:

Required Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of relevant, professional experience
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment by communicating effectively
- Receptive to all forms of feedback from clients and colleagues, and proactive to make changes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrates an unflappable attitude even when faced with changes or adversity
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance

- Capacity to self-educate on a variety of topics
- US citizenship or permanent resident and the ability to pass public trust clearance or suitability
Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Previous experience in Federal government consulting
- Experience creating graphic content (e.g., slick sheets, webinars, conference handouts, direct mailings, PowerPoint, etc.)
