Job Description
- Responsible for generating revenue for the company by creating and delivering product demonstrations, gathering customer technical requirements, planning customer evaluation tests, and managing the evaluation process.
- Acquire and show an understanding of Doit's services—and effectively communicate the company's capabilities and benefits to potential customers in order to successfully manage and overcome prospect objections.
- Utilize Salesforce to accurately manage sales funnels.
- You will be the customer's primary point of contact for feedback and issue resolution, and their advocate for issues requiring HQ Support assistance. You will inform Product Management of customer requests for new features and product enhancements. This role covers SMB (2k employees) accounts. The position is remote with minimal customer travel.
LOCATION: REMOTE
Your path to success:
- Provide remote product installations and custom product configurations
- Provide technical product presentations via web conferencing Technical training and end-user demonstration/evaluation assistance for channel partners
- Effectively interact with internal engineering teams to scope out and provide solutions to complex technical issues for highly visible account opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/ Data or any other IT related technical field Or at least 4 years Tech Sales experience preferably SaaS/ SaSE/ Cyber Security and other similar domain.
- Self-starter with a high level of motivation, a competitive disposition, and an uncanny ability to pay attention to detail.
- Team player with a desire and aptitude to operate in a high-growth sales atmosphere that is fast-paced and goal-oriented.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, as well as superior listening abilities.
- Demonstrate a technological ability
