Below are the requirements for the job:
Business Understanding: The candidate should possess a strong understanding of the business and the people involved in it. This will enable them to design interfaces and experiences that are tailored to the needs of the business and its users.
UI/UX Design: The candidate should have extensive experience in designing user interfaces and user experiences. They should be able to translate user needs into design solutions that are intuitive, functional, and visually appealing.
Technical Knowledge: The candidate should have a solid understanding of the technical requirements for delivering design solutions. They should work closely with the tech department to ensure that designs are delivered according to codings and programming.
Front-End Coding: The candidate should have the ability to create responsive designs that work seamlessly across different devices. They should have experience in front-end coding for web and app interfaces, including knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
CMS Experience: The candidate should be proficient in using CMS tools such as Wordpress and Elementor to create and manage website content and design templates.
Aesthetics: The candidate should have a strong sense of aesthetics and be able to design state-of-the-art user interfaces and experiences that are visually appealing and align with the brand's identity.
Collaboration: The candidate should be a team player who is comfortable working collaboratively with development and product teams to ensure that designs are delivered on time and meet the required standards.
Agile Methodology: The candidate should have experience working in an agile environment where the team applies an iterative process of plan, design, execute, validate, and repeat.
