Job Description
The Coordinator, Global Casino Service serves as a shore-side casino host, ensuring guest requests/questions/issues are addressed pre and post voyage. The Coordinator, Global Casino Service is responsible making sound comping decisions in accordance with company comping guidelines based on guest onboard casino play. The Coordinator, Global Casino Service also serves as a key contact in the administration of casino group contracts, VIP cruises and VIP customer service.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Serves as the shore-side equivalent to the shipboard Casino Host. Comfortable in developing new guest relationships through both verbal and written outbound and inbound communication.
- Coordinate all casino credit requests, applications, procedures, and approvals..
- Coordinator, Global Casino Service must possess the desire to meet and exceed player expectations casino guest bookings, reservations, onboard arrangements, special requests, etc., as needed.
- Process amenity, “FunShops” and other complementary and services for qualified casino guests.
- Update and manage weekly reports, guest and credit lists; distribute throughout appropriate fleets.
- Process and distribute onboard casino win/loss statements upon request.
- Knowledgeable and able to communicate promotional, event and other casino information. Provide resolution of guest complaints.
- Update and manage guest lists, amenity lists and other player data lists and sources.
- Knowledgeable about and able to follow comping guidelines and other casino related policies and procedures.
- Provide support for shore-side and shipboard casino marketing /management teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED/Some college or post-secondary education preferred
- Major: Marketing
- Required Years/Area of Professional Experience: 2 years relevant experience in cruise/marketing
- Critical Professional Related Technical/Computer Skills: Computer skills, including email & office tools
- Other Requirements: Previous cruise, casino, hospitality or guest service industry experience preferred
- Preferred Experience and Type: Casino Experience preferred
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Must demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, communication and guest service skills.
Physical Demands: Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended period of time.
Travel: None or very little travel likely.
Work Conditions: Work is primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. Other job specific conditions-Remote work possible.

The range for this role’s base hourly rate is $20.20 - $24.04. Offers to select candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.
