Your field of responsibility
In this responsible and valuable role within the EAM Formalities Center of Competence of the Business Area Global External Asset Managers of the Wealth Management (WM) division you will centrally prepare and review end-client relationship formalities of Swiss and international External Asset Managers.
As a Formalities Specialist you will provide expert advice to the business on client formalities related topics. You will guide our relationship managers and External Asset Managers during the whole formalities process of high-priority and complex client relationship openings. This includes the review of company documents, the preparation of formalities packages for legal entities and individuals, the checking of the formalities before sending to Compliance and the follow-up on pendings. You’ll have close contact and collaboration with relationship managers, team leaders of all front teams of the business area Global EAM in Zürich, Geneva, Basel and Lugano as well as with specialists of Legal and Compliance.
Furthermore, you actively participate in bank-wide and divisional projects related to our overall Service Delivery mandate and ensure effective and timely communication of relevant regulatory and process related changes to the business which opens up opportunities to improve processes and tools by interacting with different project teams.
