The ideal candidate will be experienced in all aspects of motor vehicle parts and be capable of demonstrating proactivity in a busy online e-commerce environment.
Inspire and excite our online customer base with in-depth product information and insight where appropriate.
Promote the unique selling points of our BMW product range and our consumer benefits.
Offer exceptional customer service by being enthusiastic, driven and results focussed.
Daily responsibilities include:
* Update AutoHausOnline website with content strategy that engages our customers and communities which you will assist on leading to include video’s, blogs and email capture.
* Social Media Strategy – Understanding social media, update our channels daily with scheduled posts and engage with our wider community.
* Logistics/Shipping – Ensuring all orders processed are picked and shipped correctly while providing excellent customer service.
* Identifying New Opportunities – Crucial part of the role will be spending time searching the web for new suppliers overseas that deliver higher margins products that are not currently available on the MAMS platform, this will help our business grow faster.
*Commercial Capabilities – Daily and weekly commercial attributes that are aligned with the companies commercial goals and targets.

Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
Good knowledge of computer applications (MS Office) and MAMS (Kerridge) Software preferable.
Previous experience within the automotive industry, particularly workshop control.
Needs to be computer literate, ideally have experience as outlined above in MAMS (Kerridge) Software.
Must be able to work on own initiative.
Ability to work under pressure.
Driven and ambitious in meeting targets monthly.
Strong communication skills – with an ability to grow a team.
This is an exciting new role with a new and progressive Irish motor company offering a competitive earnings potential, salary €50,000 with OTE €78,000 in Year 1 with bigger plans in Year 2.
