Your role – Are you ready for a challenge?


Transformation Office, responsible for change management and project execution at Lombard International Assurance, is looking to strengthen its team by hiring the Project Management Officer (PMO). The activities of the PMO are centralized around planning and reporting, budget management, change management, tooling and quality control within the department.

PMO will take active part in project execution by supporting project managers and business analysts in report creation by mastering different tools used, preparing and maintaining portfolio reports with specific focus on visual management (Obeya room, Quarterly Business Review among others)

This path could therefore lead to the role of Project Manager or Business Analyst.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:


  • Providing support to the team by mastering project management applications
  • Set up of the Obeya room, making sure information on all change initiatives is up to date and can be used for Quarterly Business Review
  • Take active part in organizing and preparing Product Increment planning sessions
  • Monitor implementation and adoption of project management methodology
  • Continuously evaluating projects based on provided reporting to ensure they are meeting company standards while adhering to budgets
  • Collection and monitoring of department KPIs
  • Manage and update project management and business analysis templates



Your profile – Have you got what it takes to become our Project Management Officer?


  • Master or Bachelor’s degree
  • 1- 4 years of experience in project management support within professional services
  • Excellent knowledge of Jira with very good knowledge of Advanced Roadmaps
  • Excellent knowledge of Confluence
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge of SAFe is considered as an advantage
  • Knowledge of MS SharePoint is considered as an advantage
  • Fluent in English
