What you will do:

    • Communicating with the management team to ensure that all customer needs are being met
    • Analyzing data to identify trends in customer complaints, problems with products or services, or opportunities for improvement
    • Determining how updates to can improve customer service operations or create new opportunities for growth
    • Planning staff training and development programs to ensure that employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to perform their jobs effectively
    • Monitoring customer feedback about products or services to identify potential issues before they become problems
    • Identifying Fraud and organizing strategies for prevention.

What you will bring:

    • A proactive and responsible approach
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines with attention to detail
    • 5 years of operational and customer experience
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Experience with customer service platforms

$90,000 - $120,000 a year
