In October, 2011, Methodist Healthcare broke gr! ound on a new hospital in Olive Branch, Mississippi. When the new hospital opens in August, it will allow Methodist Healthcare to better serve the approximately 47,000 Mississippi residents we already serve in our Memphis hospitals.

The new facility, located at the southeast corner of U.S. Highway 78 and Bethel Road, will be a full-service hospital offering:

• Emergency services
• Obstetrics
• Cardiology (including open heart)
• A diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac cath lab
• MRI

Requires:

• Medical Degree
• ACGME Accredited Residency Training in EM, FM, or IM
• Active Mississippi Medical Licenses by start date.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Excellent clinical skills, good patient bed side manner, and ability to work as a team member.

A recent United States Census Bureau estimate placed the pop! ulation at approximately 37,000, making it the ninth-largest c! ity in the state of Mississippi.
