Job Purpose: As the Team Lead - Check Calls, your purpose is to ensure that Rockfarm client's freight is picked up and delivered on time. Your team is responsible for tracking same-day truckload pickups and deliveries as well as tracking LTL missed pickup loads and deliveries. As a part of this position, you will monitor daily and hourly reports to ensure all call-check activities are completed.
Check Calls Team Lead Essential Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for completion of all call check activities
· Responsible for tracking same-day truckload pickups and deliveries
· Responsible for tracking missed LTL pick-up and delivery loads
· Monitor daily and hourly reports
· Conducting weekly pulse meetings and quarterly conversations
· Performance Coaching
· Timely updates of quality controls
· Identification of issues and the resolution of issues in all day-to-day operations
· Assisting in managing workflow coverage within the department
· Managing customer tracking portals
KPI Performance: Meet key performance indicators for quantity and quality as outlined on the job-specific dashboard
· TL & LTL tracking quantity
· Hours to update (call checks)
· Quality Control
Skill requirements/ preferences:
· Excellent Written and Oral communication skills
· Excellent Knowledge of Office Suite Products
· 1 to 2 years of leadership experience
· 2 years of transportation brokerage 3PL industry experience
· Lives domestically in the USA

Salary Range: $40,000 to $48,000
