What you'll do:
As a People Partner, you will:
Be a trusted advisor to Wix Ukraine Customer Care Team - understand our business, speak up, participate in implementing people related strategies
Partner with and coach our leaders: employee relations, recruitment, growth and development, wellbeing, change management and other areas of HR
Work closely with partners and colleagues across different locations
Be able to identify people trends within the business, and work with HR colleagues & key stakeholders in order to design and implement solutions
Participate in the final stages of the recruiting process while developing a strong partnership with hiring managers and candidate advocacy
Multi-task on various projects and initiatives
Promote Wix’s values and culture throughout the employee journey
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in HR Partnering, preferably in a multicultural high-tech environment
Proven track record of positively influencing teams and their leaders
Good listener with great interpersonal skills, and the ability to consult managers and employees to get them through various situations.
Proactive, flexible, open-minded individual, feeling comfortable in a constantly changing environment
Great team member, can manage stakeholders across the globe
