Job Responsibilities
- Be the first smiling face that people see upon arriving to Aiea Bowl!
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests.
- Take calls and messages professionally and kindly, passing messages along to the correct extensions as necessary.
- Assist customers with securing shoe rentals, ball rentals, and lane issues if the front desk is unmanned.
- Assist with keeping rental bowling shoes organized.
- Be open and willing to back up the Operations Manager with miscellaneous tasks, if asked.
Personal Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to resolve customer conflicts in a precise and professional manner.
- Basic cash handling and arithmetic skills.
- Able to multitask and to stay calm under stressful/unusual circumstances.
- Able to work with Team members in a diverse work environment.
Requirements
- Customer Service experience preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
- English fluency required.
