Family Practice â€" Private Practice Job DescriptionBoard Certified Family Practice physician is being sought for a rapidly, growing inpatient/o! utpatient practice ( no obstetrics). PHYSICIAN HAS THE OPTION OF PRACTICING TRADITIONAL INPATIENT/OUTPATIENT MEDICINE OR OUTPATIENT ONLY. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Monday â€" Friday with plans to expand to a Saturday clinic. Anticipated volume is 25 to 30 patients a day. Clinic call is currently 1:6. Benefits include fifteen days of vacation; standard holidays; life, dental, and vision insurance; malpractice ( if employed); and optional 401 ( k).
This physician would be employed by the Clinic for the first two years. The first year would include a guaranteed base of $140K; the second year would include a base with productivity bonus; and the third year would be straight productivity with the option to transition to partnership. The hospital will provide financial assistance with the income guarantee, overhead costs, relocation allowance, marketing, etc. Requirementscandidates must be board eligible ( if a recent graduate) or board certified i! n Family Medicine.
