The city is conveniently located between Memphis and Birmingham and is within an hour and fifteen minutes drive of two large Universities, The University of Mississippi in Oxford and Mississippi State University in Starkville. The area provides many outdoor sports and recreational activities for all ages. Facility: The Regional Medical Center is a fully-accredited, 100+-bed facility with approximately 400 full and part-time employees. The Medical Staff of 37 physicians includes excellent primary care practitioners in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics / Gynecology, and Pediatrics as well as Specialists in the areas of Gastroenterology, Cardiology, Sports Medicine and Orthopedics, and Podi! atric Medicine.
Also serving on Staff are two full-ti! me Hospitalists. Position is to join employed group at hospital of Internists. Autonomy to do the procedures you want, call is 1-8 weekends, no weekdays as the Hospitalists cover that. Compensation: Average starting salary of $180-$200,000 with full benefits.
Relocation, sign on and student loan repayment are options available. Can process H1, but not J1. "
